In 2025, Exorigo-Upos continued intensive activities in retail technology, IT infrastructure, payment systems, and retail chain services. The projects included both developing technological environments and providing ongoing operational support to customers across multiple markets.

Cloud & Infrastructure – development and maintenance of IT infrastructure
In 2025, in the area of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, projects focused on maintaining and expanding system environments, based in part on its own ExoCloud, were implemented. This solution offers virtual servers for development, production, test, and database environments.
In 2025:
- we have started cooperation with 6 new clients from the e-commerce industry,
- we launched 75 new virtual machines,
- we have increased the RAM resources for production and test environments running on ExoCloud.
The development of the infrastructure supported the stable operation of the systems and their scalability as customer business needs grew.
Field service – support for retail chains on a national scale
In 2025, the Exorigo-Upos field service carried out tasks related to the service of store infrastructure, fiscal devices, and cash register systems:
- Service teams visited over 4000 towns and cities,
- 800,700 on-site tasks were performed,
- Almost 600 new locations were supported.
The scope of work included both installations and ongoing service interventions.
Store openings and implementation projects
The year 2025 also included a wide range of implementation and modernization works in stationary stores:
- 4640 remodeling of cash boxes was performed,
- 309 store renovations were carried out,
- 250 recycling machines have been installed,
- 900 store openings were completed.
These activities supported the development of retail chains and the adaptation of outlets to new sales formats.
Cloud EFT Payment Hub – payment and cash register system support
In 2025, the Cloud EFT payment solution supported a large scale of operations:
- 1 billion transactions were processed,
- The system operated at 36,229 cash desks,
- The daily record of transactions was 5.5 million.
Payment systems were an important element of customers’ sales infrastructure.
Projects, E-commerce, and SCM
In 2025, the development and support teams were marked by a high volume of tasks across many markets.
- In the area of e-commerce, IT projects for retail and maintenance tasks for operating platforms were carried out: We completed 70 e-commerce projects, performing over 57 thousand tasks in 42 markets served.
- The SCM team closed the year with 22 projects and resolved 22,733 tickets, achieving an SLA of 98.14%.
Retail Technology Hub – solutions for business processes
As part of the Retail Technology Hub in 2025:
- cooperation with 6 new customers has started,
- the infrastructure for SmartKSeF was prepared (33 million invoices per year are planned),
- 4 .4 million e-documents were generated.
These solutions supported the digitization of document and financial processes.
Payment Terminal Service
In the area of payment terminal service:
- 95,500 requests were handled,
- 99% of tasks were completed on time,
- 11,000 applications were made in the send-out mode.
Operations in CEE markets
We consistently operate in the Czech, Slovak, and Romanian markets, combining service visits with remote support.
- Czech Republic and Slovakia: In 2025, 170 new store installations and 1600 on-site visits were made. 400 issues in remote mode have also been resolved.
- Romania: 140 installations and 1300 service visits were completed, with 800 requests resolved remotely.
