SmartOrder for a global manufacturer of GPS devices
A global leader in the industry of GPS devices and sports watches, intensively developing its operations on the Polish market, faced the need to streamline the fiscalization process of the growing number of online orders. The company asked Exorigo-Upos to create a solution that would automate this process. Although it had previously used ready-made tools, additional modifications were necessary, i.e., visualizing the e-receipt and how it was delivered to customers.
Communication between the teams was an additional challenge. Due to different time zones, flexibility and availability on both sides were required at non-standard times of the day.
Solution
The implementation of the SmartOrder and E-PARAGON+ systems allowed for full automation of the fiscalization process of orders executed in the e-commerce channel. SmartOrder, as a comprehensive tool for fiscal services, has streamlined the entire operation: from automatic generation of daily reports to sending information about the fiscal day closing to delivering an e-receipt to the end customer.
Thanks to the integration with SmartOrder, all data is stored in electronic form, which provides quick access to information and significantly improves the archiving process. The end customer receives the e-receipt automatically, without delay, eliminating the risk of losing or accidentally deleting it. In addition, the solution reduces operational and environmental costs by eliminating the need to print traditional receipts.
The company decided that e-receipts will be sent via API to the endpoint indicated by the customer. This allows for the smooth transfer of generated documents to the recipient’s systems.
As part of the implementation, Exorigo-Upos also provides complete service for fiscal printers, including monitoring, service, and maintenance. As a result, the fiscalization process has become completely maintenance-free, increasing operational efficiency and saving employees’ time.
