4th Support Line – a new corporate volunteering initiative

We have three lines of support in our company to support customers. We want them to be joined by a fourth line, which will focus on helping people and institutions in our environment. That is why we have inaugurated the volunteering program and called it the 4th Support Line.

Many people would like to give more of themselves to others. As Exo, we want to support such activities!

The first volunteering action: help for the hospice in Gliwice

The first action carried out as part of volunteering was activities for the Association of Friends of the Sick “Hospice” in Gliwice. Our team has prepared the area and planted plants where the residents’ rest space will be created.

On the one hand, it was an opportunity to join in activities for those in need, and on the other hand, it was a moment when you could experience our company value, i.e. One Team, in practice and integrate with your colleagues.

Volunteers removed posts from the old fence, cleaned up rubbish and weeds, and brought new soil to level the area. The team was so involved in the work that even the break for a regenerative meal was done with a shovel. Despite much effort and fatigue, the volunteers finished the action with smiles and the feeling that they had done something good for others.

Our 4th Support Line is waiting for the spring to implement the project’s second stage. In the company, we conduct activities to promote joining the volunteer team.
