This year, for the first time, we organized a unique integration event – the One Team May Picnic, which gathered as many as 330 people from our capital group! It was not only an opportunity to celebrate together, but also to build relationships and create unforgettable memories.
Where did the idea come from?
As Anna Schabikowska, who submitted the idea and took responsibility for its implementation, explains:
“I wanted people to be able to spend time together. Laugh, talk, listen to music. I am convinced that it is worth taking care of good relations in the company and helping people by creating opportunities to build shared experiences and positive memories.”
This approach fits perfectly with our company values – OneTeam and Ownership. We believe that a strong team is not only the sum of competences, but above all the relationships and trust we build daily, also outside the office.
What was going on?
The May weekend was full of attractions – everyone could find something for themselves:
- Barbecue with delicious food
- Live music performed by Adam Szaruga and the Band
- Wreath-making workshops
- Shooting ranges (of course, at a safe distance from other attractions 😉)
- Prizes for winners in various competitions – funded jointly with Finture
- Supper
- Fire theatre after sunset

How did the participants rate the event?
In the survey after the event, the participants rated the May Picnic at 4.74/5, and 100% of the answers to the question “was it needed?” were: YES!
What’s next?
Everything indicates that the One Team May Picnic was the first, but certainly not the last. We hope this event will become a permanent fixture in our company calendar.
