Exorigo-Upos significantly strengthens the advisory team. At the beginning of May, the position of Strategic Advisor at the company was taken over by Dariusz Stolarczyk, a manager with over 25 years of experience in technology consulting and in managing organisations with revenues exceeding EUR 2.5 billion. His transition from the Eurocash Group to the technology provider is a strategically important move for the industry. As a manager who has helped shape Polish retail over the years, he brings unique operational expertise to Exorigo-Upos. With this transfer, the company will design Retail-Tech solutions in an even better integrated way with customer needs.
Exorigo-Upos has consistently strengthened its position as the partner of choice for organisations seeking support in building a strategic advantage through modern omnichannel solutions, security, and operational agility. The addition of Dariusz Stolarczyk to the team is a clear signal to the market that the company focuses on technology tailored to today’s retailers’ needs, helping them respond effectively to cost pressures and the challenges of the market’s dynamic digitisation.
Dariusz Stolarczyk will be responsible for supporting the development of strategic relationships with key clients and supervising projects in outsourcing and digital transformation. With a unique combination of consulting and operational competencies, he brings a new perspective to the organisation. Working closely with the management, sales, and technology leaders, he will ensure that the company’s offer responds even more precisely to the challenges faced by trade today.
For almost a decade, Dariusz Stolarczyk was associated with Accenture, where he served as Managing Director for the Retail sector in Central and Eastern Europe. Then, over the years, he built his position in the management structures of the largest companies in Poland, serving as a Member of the Management Board and CEO of Retail in the Eurocash Group, where he was responsible, among others, for the Delikatesy Centrum chain, as well as the role of COO in RUCH S.A. and the NFI Empik Media & Fashion Group. He also has technical preparation from IT studies and prestigious management programs, such as AMP at IESE Business School.
